Today, joysticks are used in all industries: in the crane sector , in construction machinery , in agricultural technology , in the shipping sector , in conveying , drive and traffic engineering and in plant construction. Because they are highly functional and can be equipped with suitable accessories.

You must be able to rely on the fact that the master switches are robust, safe and reliable. And of course they should have a long life. And that's exactly what we do every day.

Decades of experience have taught us: joystick is not the same joystick. That's why talking with our customers is essential. In order to produce a reliable joystick, we need to know how and where it will be used: what special features need to be considered? Which conditions prevail in the working environment?

Our wide product range of joysticks, handles, buttons and electrical components offers many possible combinations. This allows us to implement special and complex customer requests quickly and easily.

These questions we ask z. B .:

Functionalities: How often is the joystick used? Which functions should be performed with it? How many switching steps are needed? Should he be 1-, 2- or 3-axis?

External conditions: Does he have to endure extreme temperatures? Should he be weatherproof or seawater resistant? Does it come in contact with oil, ozone or UV radiation?

Workload: In which industry is the joystick used? What size may he have? How hard can he be? What does the installation environment look like? How precise are the works that are performed?

Electrical components: Which extensions, connections and installations are needed? Is the joystick used in an explosive environment? Should a deadman function be installed? Which signals should be given?

ST1, NS0-SFA, NS2KA

On ships, rigs, and steel mills , joysticks are used to withstand extreme environmental conditions, including seawater corrosion. These include the ST1, the NS0-SFA and the NS2KA with a high IP protection class. They are extremely corrosion protected by a chromatized silumin casting console. Steering is gradual or stepless, latching, with retraction or friction brake.

Of course we also produce special special solutions. These are individually adapted to your wishes. So there are z. B. solutions with double lever drive. A special solution is our mini-steering wheel, which is currently being used in agricultural and construction machinery. The mini-steering wheel has a precise, backlash-free steering gearbox and a hydraulic damping of the rotational movement.
